Eat the Rainbow


A plant based diet or a diet that tends to be more plant based is effective in reducing or eliminating chronic disease. 

How Many Colors Did You Eat Today? What's on your plate?   Take the Rainbow Challenge. Try to put as many and a variety of plant based foods that vary in color for balanced health and nutrition. 

Easy Rainbow Salad: Roasted beets, marinated artichoke hearts, carrots, yellow heirloom tomatoes, red cherry tomatoes, and red leaf lettuce. Dress with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, and add tuna for protein. Got 'em all in this dish Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Purple.
