Exposure to natural sunlight stimulates serotonin the feel good hormone. Also, helps with getting some Vitamin D which is necessary for optimum health.  Spend 15 - 20 minutes in natural sunlight daily (without sunblock) to absorb some vitamin D. If you can't they try eating the foods that have it.
